GCRC Patient-Oriented Research Scholar Pilot Research Award:

Instruction for Submitting the Final Report and Brief Yearly Updates

Please prepare a memo addressed to the GCRC Advisory Committee that contains the following information for the final report.

1. Name and academic rank.
2. Title of Pilot Patient-oriented research award.
3. Summary of Results.
4. Summary of problems or obstacles encountered in performing the project.
5. Plans for future grant submissions.
6. Grant awards received.

 Please prepare a memo addressed to the GCRC Advisory Committee that contains the following information for the brief yearly update (required for each of the five years following the award).

    1.    Name and academic rank.
    2.    Describe currently funded-projects that were supported by the GCRC Patient-Oriented Research
           Scholar Pilot Research Award.
    3.    Biosketch (use NIH Format).  MS Word   PDF
    4.    Other support sample (use NIH format).  MS Word    PDF

 The GCRC Advisory Committee requests, but does not require, yearly submission of the Biosketch and Other Support documents in NIH format beyond the five-year time period beyond which the award was made in order to better track the success of the GCRC Patient-Oriented Research Scholar Pilot Research Award program.
