Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Instructions

First Time Registration:

1. Click "To Enroll Click Here" link
   This link is located under the login box.  Clicking it will take you to the form you must fill out to create your new username and password.

2. Complete Enrollment Form
   Follow the instructions to complete the form.  After completing the form, click Enroll. 

• Your username will always be the first four letters of your last name and the last four numbers of your social security number.

• Your password will always be the last four number of your social security number and the first four letters of your last name. 

• Those people who have less than four letters in their last name must call the help desk (617-5300, 1-5519) for assistance.

• Example:
      John Smith
      Username: smit1234
      Password: 1234smit

3. Click link to return to login page
   You will be taken to a Welcome page where you must now click the link to return to the login page.

4. Enter Username and Password
   Enter the new username and password you just created, and click Login.  By default you will be taken to the "My Resources" section of your new account.

5. To access the GCP Web Training, continue on to the sign-up instructions below.

To Enroll/Sign-up for the Course:

1. Click "My Catalog"

2. Click "Research and Development" link
   This will take you to the list of courses in the R&D folder.

3. Click on the "Sign Me Up" link for the GCP Training
   The system will take a second to sign you up, after which point two buttons will appear on your screen.

4. Click on the "View My Resources" button

5. Click "Good Clinical Practice Web Training" link to start the course
   You will notice that the course you have selected now resides in you "My Resources Folder." Select the course you want to participate in and you will be taken to the course.  The next time you enter this system, go directly to the "My Resources" folder to continue your participation.
